Supporting Healthy Oceans & Waters

We are living on a blue planet
There are more oceans on the surface of the earth than there are land and forests. We know the forests are in trouble and have been for a long time. As a result, the toxic waste of neglect washes into streams and rivers. Silt and toxins make their way to the oceans, where the chemical stew is mixed with other forms of toxic residue forming dead zones in the ocean, killing fishes and sea mammals, and wiping out breeding areas for generations of sea life.

Fluoridated water is extremely toxic to marine life, and yet cities still cling to old science claiming this water is good for humanity. It is neither good for us, nor is it good for the oceans. As it flows downstream, it endangers every living thing that touches that water. How can we turn our heads and pretend we don't see this happening? It is an overwhelming realization to know we could do something, but we don't.

The oceans are in trouble and help is needed to protect and restore them. Many groups are working tirelessly. Celebrities are using their influences and their water-love connections to help raise awareness. It is not uncommon to see Drew Barrymore, Leonardo DiCaprio, Ted Danson, or Pierce Brosnan pitching in to help raise funding for these important restoration projects. They may be able to help with larger funding sources, but we can all help with our individual spirit of devotion and purpose. If rivers, streams, and oceans are important to you and your children, think about ways you can help by using your imagination and commitment.

We regularly contribute profits to the organizations below. We are a small contributor, but every donation counts. The Spirit of Water, as a business, is 100% supportive of the efforts of all these groups. Won't you support one or more, too? As little as $2 per month can make a big difference to any one of them.
