Shipping, Returns, & Missing Orders
Specific rates are quoted at time of checkout and are based on total weight of your order and destination. There is a shipping calculator on the bottom of your shopping cart page where you can determine specific rates for your location. Then during actual checkout, you will choose the shipping method and price. In most cases, you'll have the choice of standard delivery time (less expensive) and priority mail (faster, but more expensive).
If you have a large order (over 20 lbs), or need a shipping method that is not available, please contact us by phone or email and we will help process your order.

If your package has not arrived within 10 days, please contact us for tracking, refund, or replacement. Most missing orders are eventually returned to The Spirit of Water, and are the result of incorrect address information provided on the order. Please make sure your zip code and street address are accurate. It takes 10-20 days for a package to get returned. If you are certain your products have been lost in the mail we will ship a replacement order immediately. If the previous package shows up, please return to us. We will provide a shipping voucher.
We will replace all merchandise found to be obviously defective if notified by email (email@example.com) within 3 days of receipt of purchase. Arrangements for return of defective merchandise will be agreed upon at that time. We reserve the right to examine all packaging components to determine cause of defect, so please return all outer packaging, cellophane, backer card and decals. We will make full restitution of your mailing costs when you return defective merchandise to us. Replacement product will be sent immediately upon receipt of returned merchandise or by other agreement.
A full refund, including postage and handling, may be issued if we are notified within 3 days of your receipt of purchase that you are dissatisfied with the performance of our product or content. Refunds are issued unconditionally, excluding your improper use or expectation beyond our stated usage and performance claims. To obtain a full refund, notify us in writing (firstname.lastname@example.org) and prepare to return all merchandise to us. We must receive the merchandise in reasonably good condition and with all components of the packaging and product included, even if the product has been opened and used, in order to issue a full refund. If packaging components have been discarded, please note that in your correspondence so we can make a determination of resolution in that instance. Our goal is to resolve all disputes to the satisfaction of our customers.
